Applicant Acknowledgement and E-Signature

I, the undersigned Applicant, hereby acknowledge, agree and confirm as follows: I have read this Application and the Loan Agreement shown above before signing. I have received and reviewed the Key Financing Summary process, including the interest calculation method, fees, insurance cost, total cost of financing and total amount payable, which will be confirmed by the Fund in the Offer Letter. I have been afforded a reasonable opportunity to obtain independent legal and financial advice. I understand the obligations and legal consequences of the financing and enter into it voluntarily without coercion, undue influence or misrepresentation.

Guarantor Acknowledgement and E-Signature (Schedule 4 — Personal Guarantee)

By signing below, the Guarantor named in the Guarantor Information section irrevocably guarantees due payment of all amounts lawfully due under the Loan Agreement, on the terms of the Personal Guarantee set out in the Loan Agreement above (Schedule 4).
